On this screen, you can exclude certain objects or attributes based on filters (eg: all objects that start with the same prefix).  Use the ‘Exclude Objects’ or the ‘Exclude Attributes’ tab to apply your filters on either of them.

Wildcards can be used in these filters.

Example: all the objects starting with 'jrn' have to be omitted, click ‘+  Object Exclusion' in the Exclude Objects tab to add a filter and use the value 'jrn%':

After adding the exclusion rule, an impact check is automatically done. The number of objects that will be excluded is shown:

Exclude rules can be changed and/or deleted by using the 'Actions' at the end of the line.  You can also manually redo the impact check.  


In a similar way, attributes from all objects can be excluded.  

For example: add "update_timestamp" as Column Type.

For attributes, there is no impact check available.
