Welcome to the VaultSpeed application!

To assist you with getting started, we have compiled a selection of useful links to help you quickly become familiar with VaultSpeed.

# VaultSpeed Subscription

When you start your VaultSpeed journey, you get access to your own subscription. Every subscription will have a first user with the Security Admin role. That person can then create new accounts for the project team to use in VaultSpeed. This, of course, within the boundaries of your contract.

The user will receive an email with instructions to set up their account.

The typical setup of the account name is first-name.last-name@subscription-name.

eg: John.doe@customer. In a lot of cases the subscription name will match the company name and might cause confusion as the subscription name is without the typical .com for the domain. When you get the email for the invite on your account, the subscription name is clearly mentioned.

You will have 24 hours to activate your account. If you do not activate it within this period, a reminder will be sent.

After activating your account, you can access the application at your designated location. Depending on your region of choice, your subscription is hosted in Europe, the US, or Australia on the VaultSpeed SaaS platform.

- Europe: [https://app.vaultspeed.com](https://app.vaultspeed.com)
- US: [https://app-us.vaultspeed.com](https://app-us.vaultspeed.com)
- Australia: [https://app-au.vaultspeed.com](https://app-au.vaultspeed.com)

Or, when you have a dedicated instance on your own URL.

> 📝 Note: Use the username found in the email. This is user@company

# Service Desk Account

When the security admin creates a new account, they can grant “Support Desk Access.” If not granted, you will receive an email from the Service Desk, hosted by Atlassian, in addition to your application account email. This account may have a different username or password based on your preference.

> 📝 Note: Use the username from the email; it is usually your full email address.

# VaultSpeed App Password Reset

If a client cannot log in, they can use the password reset option available below the "**Sign In**" button.

They need to click the "**Click here**" link next to "**Need help signing in**."

An example is shown below:

After clicking the link, they are directed to a page where they need to enter their **USERNAME **(not their email) to receive a password reset link at the email address associated with that username:
