The Mass Update menu item allows to update multiple objects or multiple attributes at once using a Pattern/Expression.

# Objects

When on the Objects submenu, you can fill in the pattern to filter out a set of objects. Once the set of objects is filtered, you can select the property you want to update and apply you setting to the selected objects. Keep in mind that only the objects with the checkbox checked will be updated.

Eg: if you have objects with similar names that you want to set as multi-active objects, you can use the pattern to search for your objects, check the box for the ones you want to adjust and use the multi-active property for them.

# Attributes

For attributes the same principles apply as for the objects. Using the pattern you can filter out the attributes you want and set the checkboxes for the desired attributes and use one of the attribute options to set (or unset).

As an extra option here you can also filter which objects those attributes should be part of. If you lease the objects filter empty, you will get the attributes from ALL objects.

Eg: when you want all attributes that contain ‘_id’ in their name to be ‘Not Nullable’, put in ‘_id’ as the Pattern, choose the attribute property "Nullable" and switch this flag off:
